What is the Order Process ?

To Place An Order & Establish A Ship Date: You provide print ready, black & white, vector line image¹ to art@crownadv.com,
For Mail-in or Fax Orders You Must Complete An Order Form AND Pre-payment Guarantee.	Or You May Place a Complete Order Online. Exact repeat orders: Please call our office to avoid plate charge.

General Information & Imprint Guidelines

1) Minimum Art Charge: $20.00. For a FREE print ready, black & white, vector line image quote, please send your image file(s) to art@crownadv.com. Our preferred image provider is HD Studio, a Wisconsin, USA, based vector art supplier.
2) Plate Charge includes: Plate and fax proof. Simple typesetting using our library of typestyles is included in the Plate Charge.
Pre-payment guarantee required for proof.
3) Order Cancellation Charge: Customer is responsible for all charges for work performed prior to cancellation.
4) Charitable Discounts: Must imprint beneficiary on face of Motorcycle Coaster™. Maximum quantity is 20,000 pieces. Order minimum for discounts is 125 pieces. Charitable Order Form
